Fresh lemon zest is added to our filtered olive oil from Puglia to produce a very subtle and versatile condiment.

Mix with olive oil and balsamic for a refreshing salad dressing or drizzle over grilled red meats, cooked chicken or fish. A different addition to grilled fruit or over vanilla ice cream. Very good when added to sweet potatoes while baking.
