Product Description

Driftwood is a delicious ash coated, goats cheese log from White Lake, cheese makers near Glastonbury, specialising in goats and ewe’s milk products.

With a geotrichum rind, light, lemony flavours and earthy undertones which are perfect for the soft, creamy texture of the cheese.

As it’s age increases, Driftwood develops more intense and tangy flavours and can be enjoyed both young and more mature depending on your tastes. As with most goats cheeses we’d recommend a light cracker so that the flavours don’t overpower the cheese.  Great for slicing, cooking (add to a Capra pizza instead of mozzarella) or simply enjoy as part of a cheeseboard, particularly good accompanied by figs or drizzled with fig Balsamic Dressing.
