A hand-made pyramid-shaped soft goat’s cheese from Whitelake Dairy in Badbury, Somerset.
Matured for 2-3 weeks with a charcoal ash coating, it has a slightly citrus flavour when fresh/young and matures to a stronger taste with a close texture.
Unpasteurised milk with a vegetarian rennet.
