Hot-smoked, succulent and subtle in flavour,  Smoked Chicken is delicious hot or cold, thinly sliced or shredded.

Ready to eat and a meal in itself – smoked poultry is fabulous for quick and easy starters and salads and makes delicious fillers for sandwiches, rolls, wraps or pitta breads.  Use with pasta dishes and bakes.

Smoked poultry, chicken, duck and quail are best served with anything fruity.  Rich in taste and they can be used sparingly, thinly sliced with little additional seasoning required.  Serve around a dipping bowl of Chilli Jelly or  to accompany drinks or on crostini with creme fraiche and a berry.
